I have to share that my AC quit working last nite. I called Cooleys tonight (Thursday) at 6:30pm, fully expecting to leave a voice mail and get my system working in the next few days. INSTEAD, my call was live answered, I had a repairman at my door within 40 minutes and my AC was back up and running within 15 minutes. SNAP - thats excellent service. Plus they brought dog biscuits for my pooch. . Thanks Cooleys!!!
